Sponsorship Tiers:

1. Sponsors may choose from Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and other tailored opportunities.
2. Items such as banners, booth setups, and co-branded materials must align with the festival’s branding and be pre-approved.

Key Deadlines:

1. Sponsorship commitments must be finalized by July 25, 2025.
2. Creative assets (logos, banners, etc.) for inclusion in promotional materials are due by July 25, 2025.

Participation Requirements:

1. Sponsors providing physical items (e.g., banners) are responsible for delivering these to the festival organizers by August 8, 2025.
2. Booth sponsors must adhere to the setup and teardown schedules provided by the event team.

Recognition Benefits:

1. All sponsors will be acknowledged on festival promotional channels, including social media, printed materials, and event signage.
2. Higher-tier sponsors (Platinum and Gold) receive additional recognition during live event announcements and the Musical Light Drone Show.

Payment and Documentation:

1. Payments must be made in full at the time of sponsorship commitment.
2. 501(c)(3) tax-exempt receipts will be provided upon request.
