Program Details

• Location: Camp Verde Sports Complex
• Memorial Bench Cost: $1,400
• Memorial Bench Includes: Memorial bench, customized plaque, and installation
• Estimated Bench Arrival: Within approximately 6 weeks of ordering
• Final Bench Placement: Determined by Town staff

How It Works

1. Order Your Bench – Purchase a memorial bench through the See My Legacy program.
2. Personalize the Plaque – Provide the memorial information you would like displayed.
3. Bench Arrives – Benches are expected to arrive within approximately six weeks.
4. Town Installation – Public Works will schedule installation at the Camp Verde Sports Complex.
5. Receive Notification – The purchaser will be contacted once the bench has been installed.
