The Town of Atoka proudly presents the 2025 Atoka BBQ Fest, a premier event for the eleventh year featuring a barbecue cooking contest sanctioned by the Memphis Barbecue Network. This highly anticipated festival will bring together over 60 top BBQ competition teams, local families, and visitors for a weekend of food, fun, and festivities.

• Family Fun Zone, Mayor’s Pie Challenge, Grilled Cheese Challenge, Corn Hole Tournament, and Kids Cook-Off
• Expanded BBQ taste testing for the public

How to Participate

Follow these simple steps to become a sponsor for the 2025 Atoka BBQ Fest:

• Select Your Sponsorship Level: Review the five sponsorship levels listed in above in the campaign overview and decide which one best aligns with your business goals.
• Complete the Sponsorship Form: Fill out the form completely and upload any images necessary. 
• Submit Your Payment: After filling in you details, you can checkout online and become a sponsor!
• Prepare for the Event: Confirm your attendance at the VIP Sponsor Dinner on April 3. Plan any exhibit space setup if your sponsorship level includes this benefit.

Guidelines

• Sponsorship Levels: Choose from five sponsorship levels, each offering unique advertising and community engagement benefits.
• Marketing Materials: Provide a high-resolution logo for promotional use in advertisements, banners, and digital platforms.
• Sponsorship Confirmation Deadline: Submit your sponsorship agreement and payment by March 14, 2025, to ensure inclusion in promotional materials.
• VIP Sponsor Dinner: Join us for an exclusive Sponsor Dinner on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at Nancy Lane Park. Invitations and tickets will be distributed two weeks prior.
