🏖️🚗 Glen Cove Beach Parking Sticker & Placard Registration 🌊☀️

Beach Parking Stickers and placards are issued to eligible Glen Cove and Locust Valley residents for parking access at Morgan Memorial Park, Prybil Beach, and Crescent Beach.

Proof of residency and local vehicle registration are required. Stickers are annual, non-transferable, and free. Placards are temporary and subject to guidelines.

Stickers are available at beaches during the season (Memorial Day–Labor Day) and at the Parks & Recreation Department, City Hall. Stickers and placards will not be mailed.

Stickers will be ready for IN OFFICE PICKUP 2 business days after placing order online.

Important Registration Information

Temporary Beach Placards and Student Beach Placards are available IN OFFICE ONLY and cannot be ordered or purchased online.

All applicants must show:

• Current vehicle registration

• Proof of residency (license, lease, or utility bill)

Placards may be issued if:

• Vehicle registration is not local

• Student is living off-campus in Glen Cove

• Secondary home with proof of residency

The Glen Cove Police Department conducts license plate checks. Non-resident vehicles may receive tickets and fines.

This program exists to protect resident beach access, maintain orderly parking operations, and support consistent enforcement at Glen Cove’s waterfront facilities.

If you move, you must change your address on your license, permit, non-driver ID, and vehicle records with the DMV within 10 days.
