Sugarplum Square Holiday Festival & Market

​While our 2025 summer events have been limited to retail vendors due to space restrictions, I’ve found a little loophole that means your group can finally join the fun — and it’s just in time for our biggest holiday celebration of the year!

On ​Saturday, December 13th from 1:00-5:00PM at the Farmville Farmer's Market, Farmville Downtown Partnership is hosting Sugarplum Square — a whimsical, one-day holiday festival featuring a synthetic ice​ skating rink, shopping, performances, food trucks, and family activities. We’re inviting studios, theaters, choirs, school bands, churches, and community groups to be part of the magic.

Vendor tent must feature: holiday market items, show tickets, a children’s craft/activity (like face painting, reindeer food, storytelling), ​​O​R a craft to give back (ornaments for nursing homes, pet toys, cards for hospital patients, etc.).
