About the Campaign

The City of Laramie invites community members and businesses to sponsor portions of the Greenbelt Trail, a scenic 5.75-mile paved path winding along the Laramie River. This family-friendly trail provides a unique multi-modal biking and walking experience while offering educational opportunities through wildlife signage. By sponsoring the trail, you contribute to preserving and enhancing this local treasure for recreation, education, and community connection.

We are offering this opportunity in 1/4-mile, 1/2-mile, and 1-mile increments, but you can certainly sponsor more than one segment!

Why Participate?

Support Your Community: Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of a beloved local resource, promoting outdoor activity and community well-being. We also request that each sponsor agency, organization, or business go out to their segment of trail and clean up their portion at least once a year.
Gain Recognition: Your sponsorship will be highlighted with signage, showcasing your commitment to Laramie’s growth and sustainability. Your group will also be able to highlight your story through an interactive and immersive QR code that will be unique to your organization.
