🏈 Lake Region Football Is Back for the 2026 Season! 🏈

Football season is here, and Lake Region Football is ready to welcome boys and girls from Bridgton, Casco, Naples, and Sebago to one of the most exciting youth programs in the region. Whether your child is just discovering the game or ready to compete against teams from neighboring towns, there is a spot on the field for them.

Lake Region Football serves players in grades 1 through 6, with two distinct programs designed to meet kids right where they are:

Flag Football (Grades 1–3) meets once a week on Sunday mornings for 90-minute sessions that blend skill-building with small-sided games. The one-day-a-week format is intentional, giving younger players the freedom to also participate in soccer, cross country, or other fall activities they love. Third graders and interested second graders will also have opportunities to play additional flag games throughout the season. Sessions begin the week of September 8th, with the Flag Football program kicking off Sunday, September 14th.

Tackle Football (Grades 4–6) competes in the Stateline Football League against teams from Fryeburg, Oxford, Conway NH, and beyond. Players practice three times a week and play one weekend game, with travel required outside the region. Every coach is USA Football Certified and trained in Heads Up Football, delivering the safest and most fundamentals-focused tackle program available. The League's 5th Quarter Format gives younger or developing players a guaranteed opportunity to play a full quarter, and players are matched with others of similar size and ability.
