Recreation league sports run on community, and nobody makes it possible more than our volunteer coaches. Whether you've coached before or this would be your first time on the sideline, Naples Recreation needs you to needs you to provide thebest experience for the kids.

As a Naples Recreation youth sports coach, you'll do more than run drills and call plays. You'll be a mentor, a role model, and a reason a kid shows up excited to play. Coaches at every level receive a team jersey, have input into their own practice schedule, and can count on the Recreation Department for support with practice plans, game strategy, and team communication whenever they want it.

We utilize youth coaches in the following seasonal sports

• Soccer: Pre-K to 6th Grade.
• Flag Football: 1st-3rd Grade
• Tackle Football: 4th-6th Grade
• Cross Country: 2nd-5th Grade
• Rec Basketball: K-6th Grade
• Travel Basketball: 5th-6th Grade
• Club Basketball: 5th-6th Grade
• Quickball: Pre-K to 1st Grade
• Baseball: 1st-6th Grade
• Softball: 1st-6th Grade
• Lacrosse: 3rd-6th Grade

Practice schedules vary from sport to sport and age group to age group, but will be schedue with your input.
