Celebrate & Sponsor Eureka’s 4th of July Festival!

Eureka Main Street invites local businesses and organizations to become sponsors of the 2026 Eureka 4th of July Festival, a vibrant, family-friendly celebration in the heart of Old Town. This annual event features live entertainment, local vendors, food, and activities throughout the day, followed by a spectacular fireworks show over Humboldt Bay.

Eureka Main Street is accredited at national and state level. We are also a nonprofit and rely on donations and sponsorships to reinvest in our historic districts, support entrepreneurs, host community events, and create vibrant places for locals and visitors alike. Eureka Main Street includes 49 blocks and over 240 businesses.
