Eureka's 4th of July Festival
Eureka Main Street and the City of Eureka invites vendors, food trucks, artisans, and community organizations to apply for participation in Eureka’s 4th of July Festival, a large-scale, high-energy celebration in the heart of Old Town. This year’s event is especially significant as it commemorates both the 250th anniversary of the United States and the 170th anniversary of the City of Eureka, bringing an expanded, full-day experience filled with entertainment, activities, and community pride.

From live music on two stages and family-friendly activities to contests, local vendors, and a waterfront fireworks finale, this festival draws thousands of attendees throughout the day and evening. Vendors play a vital role in creating a vibrant, engaging atmosphere while showcasing the best of local and regional offerings.
This is an application-based opportunity, and submission does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed to ensure a diverse, high-quality, and well-balanced vendor mix. Approved applicants will be notified with next steps and payment instructions to officially secure their space.
