About the Campaign
Eureka's 4th of July Festival
Eureka’s 4th of July Festival takes place along several blocks of Old Town. This year’s celebration will be bigger and more festive than ever, marking the 250th anniversary of American independence and the 170th anniversary of the City of Eureka.
The family-friendly festival features local vendors, food, crafts, kids’ activities, community booths, and live music on multiple stages throughout the day. The celebration continues into the evening with a fireworks show over Humboldt Bay at 10 p.m.
Eureka Main Street and the City of Eureka invites vendors, food trucks, artisans, and community organizations to apply for participation in Eureka’s 4th of July Festival, a large-scale, high-energy celebration in the heart of Old Town. This year’s event is especially significant as it commemorates both the 250th anniversary of the United States and the 170th anniversary of the City of Eureka, bringing an expanded, full-day experience filled with entertainment, activities, and community pride.
