🕰️📬🏡 Share Your Ideas for the South Charleston’s Half Century Time Capsule!

The City of South Charleston is inviting residents to help shape a piece of history by submitting suggestions for items, memories, artifacts, or messages that should be included in the community’s Half Century Time Capsule. The capsule will preserve a snapshot of life in South Charleston today and will remain sealed for future generations to discover. The time capsule will be sealed on August 15, 2026. Online suggestion portal will close on August 10th.

By participating, residents have the opportunity to leave a lasting legacy and help tell the story of South Charleston for those who will open the capsule in 2076. Every suggestion contributes to preserving the community’s culture, accomplishments, traditions, and memories for future generations.
