The Town of Smithfield, through its Public Works Division, administers and supports a municipal Memorial Program. This program allows for private commemorations through approved memorial installations located within Town parks and public spaces. Memorial installations may include benches, trees, planters, along with a dedicated plaque, or other approved commemorative features as determined by the Town.
