The Luna County Old West Heritage Days Festival invites BBQ teams to compete in the New Mexico State Championship BBQ Cook-Off, where top pitmasters go head-to-head for cash prizes and a chance to qualify for the KCBS World Championships.

Location: 333 N Country Club Rd, Deming, NM

This two-day event brings together food, music, history, and community celebration in the heart of Deming. With a minimum of $8,500 in cash prizes awarded across categories, competitors have the opportunity to showcase their skills while being part of one of the region’s most exciting heritage festivals.
