The Tulip Festival Street Fair is a vibrant, multi-day celebration that brings together artisans, vendors, sponsors, and visitors for a weekend full of creativity, community, and commerce. This highly anticipated event transforms downtown into a lively marketplace filled with handcrafted goods, unique products, and engaging experiences for all ages.

Date: April 16–18, 2027

Since 1984, the Tulip Festival Street Fair is one of the Northwest’s most beloved spring celebrations, welcoming an estimated 30,000 visitors from around the world to historic downtown Mount Vernon. This three-day event hosts nearly 200 vendors featuring handcrafted art, jewelry, home décor, and specialty foods, alongside live music, food trucks, and family-friendly activities.

As the largest fundraiser of the year for the Mount Vernon Downtown Association, every dollar raised helps us continue our mission to support and revitalize our downtown, the soul of the city and heart of the community.

The Tulip Festival Street Fair is a juried event. Interested vendors must submit an application along with a $25 non-refundable application fee. After review, applicants will be notified of their approval status in December. Booth spaces are limited and highly competitive, so early applications are encouraged, and priority will be given to those who apply before November 20th. If approved, you’ll be notified via email with a link for your booth payment. Until then, no further action is required.

Vendors and sponsors alike benefit from exceptional visibility, strong community engagement, and the opportunity to be part of a long-standing Skagit Valley tradition that draws both regional and international visitors.

Cost:

• 10' x 10' Middle booth: $375
• 10' x 10' End booth: $400
• 10' x 20' Double booth: $800
• 10' x 30' Triple booth: $1,200

*Flat fee, no commission

Event Terms & Cancellation Policy

By applying to the 2027 Tulip Festival Street Fair, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Application and Approval Process

• All vendors must complete an application and submit the required $25 non-refundable application fee.
• The Tulip Festival Street Fair is a juried event. Applications will be reviewed based on product quality, booth presentation, and fit within the overall event.
• Applicants will be notified of their status via email once the jury process is complete.
• Approved vendors will receive instructions for payment upon acceptance and booth assignment details in advance of the event.

2. Booth Fees and Waitlist

• Booth fees are non-refundable once payment has been received and your space has been confirmed.
• In the event that all booth spaces are filled, additional approved vendors will be placed on a waitlist. Should a space become available, waitlisted vendors will be contacted.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Application fees and booth fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including vendor withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Mount Vernon Downtown Association.
• Vendors who are unable to attend are encouraged to notify the event organizers as soon as possible so their space may be offered to a waitlisted vendor.

4. Event Responsibility

• The Mount Vernon Downtown Association reserves the right to make final decisions regarding booth placement, event layout, and participation.
• Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, and setup. The event organizers are not liable for loss, theft, or damage. Private security teams patrol the event overnight.
