The City of Highland Parks & Recreation invites vendors to take part in the beloved Peanut Butter & Jam (PB&J) Festival Series, a family-focused summer tradition held in Downtown Highland. The PB&J Festivals bring kids, parents, and neighbors together for lunchtime fun featuring live entertainment, interactive activities, and community-friendly vendors.
