🏞️📋 Apply to Reserve a Township Pavilion, Field, or Facility
The Township Rental Application allows residents, organizations, teams, and event hosts to request use of municipal pavilions, athletic fields, courts, and recreational facilities for private events, practices, games, clinics, camps, and tournaments. This online application replaces the former manual process and ensures all requests are reviewed consistently by the Parks & Recreation Department.
All submissions are application only and do not guarantee approval. Requests are reviewed based on availability, facility type, event impact, residency status, insurance requirements, and compliance with township rules and regulations. Once an application is approved, the primary contact will receive a confirmation email with next steps, including a secure payment link to complete the reservation.
This application process helps protect township facilities, supports fair access for residents and organizations, and ensures safe, well-managed use of public spaces. Insurance and additional documentation may be required for organizations, tournaments, schools, and businesses, while pavilion-only rentals do not require insurance. Applicants are responsible for adhering to all township policies, approved time blocks, and facility use guidelines.
