Experience one of the largest Trade Days stops with shopping throughout downtown, unique boutiques, food vendors, antiques, handmade goods, and plenty of family-friendly fun.

• Submission of a registration form does not guarantee a specific vendor location. Vendors will pick their own locations on a first come-first serve basis.
• There are no vendor fees for Main to Main Trade Days in Springhill.
• Visit Webster Parish serves as the promotional coordinator for Main to Main Trade Days and is not responsible for assigning vendor spaces, collecting local vendor fees, or managing individual vendor locations.
• Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, extension cords, and any other equipment needed for their setup.
• Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including any permits, licenses, or sales tax requirements associated with their products or services.
• Vendors assume all responsibility for their merchandise, equipment, vehicles, and personal property. Visit Webster Parish, participating municipalities, event organizers, property owners, volunteers, and sponsors are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property or for injuries that may occur before, during, or after the event.
• Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and maintain a family-friendly display appropriate for a public community event.
• Event organizers reserve the right to refuse or revoke participation for vendors selling prohibited items, providing false registration information, or engaging in unsafe or inappropriate conduct.
• Main to Main Trade Days is held rain or shine unless otherwise announced. Vendors should plan accordingly for changing weather conditions.
• By participating in the event, vendors grant permission for photographs and video(via phone, camera, or drone) taken during the event to be used by Visit Webster Parish and participating communities for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
