About the Campaign

🛍️🍔 Register to Participate as a Vendor at CavernFest 🎶🌵

The CavernFest Vendor Registration campaign is hosted by Carlsbad MainStreet and invites merchants, makers, food vendors, nonprofits, and specialty vendors to participate in CavernFest, Carlsbad’s largest annual downtown festival. CavernFest draws thousands of attendees and provides vendors with an opportunity to connect with the community, showcase products and services, and be part of one of the region’s most anticipated events.

Dates: June 12th - June 13th

Location: Downtown Carlsbad, NM

Vendor registration ensures that all participant information is collected in advance to support event planning, vendor placement, communication, safety coordination, and on-site setup. Space is limited, and all vendor applications are subject to approval by the CavernFest Committee.
