About the Campaign
🌳🪑💚 Leave a Lasting Legacy in Cary
The Cary Park District’s Adopt-a-Tree or Bench Program gives individuals, families, businesses, and organizations a meaningful way to honor a loved one, recognize a special connection, or show support for the Cary community through a lasting tribute in local parks and open spaces. Participants may adopt a new bench, add a plaque to an eligible existing bench, or sponsor a tree that becomes part of the Park District’s long-term park system.
This program helps strengthen community spaces while creating personal, visible reminders of care, remembrance, and civic pride. Each adopted bench or tree is installed and maintained by the Cary Park District, allowing participants to contribute something lasting that benefits both their intended honoree and the broader community.
