Step Into History: A Celebration of Black Excellence

Join the Lockport Township Park District for a powerful day of history, culture, and community as we honor the achievements, resilience, and contributions of Black Americans. This inspiring celebration brings together families, community organizations, and local leaders for an afternoon of education, entertainment, and cultural appreciation.

Guests are invited to enjoy an authentic soul-filled meal catered by Simplest Taste, followed by vibrant African cultural entertainment celebrating the rich traditions, music, and heritage of the African diaspora. Together, we'll celebrate Black excellence through culture, cuisine, and community.

Admission: Free to attend the celebration
