FOOD VENDOR RULES

1. You will be provided space at Hogs 'N' Hog Rods.

2. You will have access to electricity if needed.

3. You will NOT have access to water.

4. This is a food-vending space only, and only food items will be distributed. No non-food items will be allowed. NO PASSING OUT OF FLYERS, PROMOTIONAL ITEMS OR FOOD OUTSIDE OF YOUR RENTED AREA!

5. Food Vendor Spaces:

$125 for 10' X 10' space.

$250 for 10' X 20' space

$350 for 10 x 30" space.

6. HOGS 'N' HOT RODS JUNE 13, 2026 -Set up is from 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM all vehicles must be out of downtown event area by 6:30 AM. There will be NO set up after 7:30 AM, and no refund for late arrivals. NO EXCEPTIONS

7. You will not do any tear down until after 4:00 PM on Saturday, June 13, 2026, or until permission is received from event staff.

8. You will receive a map for space location approximately 1 week prior to event.

9. You MUST provide all the correct health food cards and licensing with your paid entry form. This is your responsibility. the Health Department WILL be checking.

10. Oklahoma Sales Tax number is required. We must have a copy on file. It MUST be submitted with paid application.

11. There is no guarantee on weather as this is an outside event. There will be NO REFUNDS of registration fees. Great things are expected for these events! 12. Food vendors will be accepted after review from Planning Committee. If accepted, you will be emailed a link to submit payment. You spot will not be reserved without payment.
