About the Campaign

Rules for Vendors

  1. ALL display material is the responsibility of the vendor.
  2. Vendors assumes ALL responsibility for loss, theft or damage.
  3. Vendors can unload and set up from 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM. No exhibits will be removed before 4:00 PM.
  4. Booth rental fees are as follows:
  • 10' X 10' Non-Profit & Arts & Crafts space $25.00 - For an Arts & Crafts space, all items must be handmade. NO commercially produced items are allowed.
  • 10' X 10' Commercial Space $50.00

This is an outside event, there is no guarantee for weather. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS!

  1. Vendors will be responsible for all booth structures, set-up and furnishings.
  2. Further instructions will be provided approximately 1 week prior to the event.
  3. No participant will be allowed to set up without a signed/dated application and liability release.
  4. Any information that is going to be passed out must be done within the confines of your booth space. **NO PASSING OUT FLYERS OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS OR FOOD OUTSIDE OF YOUR RENTED AREA!!**
  5. You will receive an email confirming your acceptance to participate in the event. Your email will have a link to pay your rental fee. Payment must be received within 3 days of email or your space will be forfeited.
  6. Vendors are responsible for tear down of their booth and cleaning of space before leaving. Vendors must NOT tear down until 4:00 PM.
  7. Oklahoma Tax commission laws have changed, so we will need a copy of your sales tax number.
