1. ALL display material is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

2. Exhibitor assumes ALL responsibility for loss, theft, or damage.

3. Hogs 'N' Hot Rods Exhibitors can unload and set up from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM on Saturday, June 13, 2026. Exhibitor’s vehicle must be out of the downtown area by 7:30 AM. No exhibits will be removed before 4:00 PM.

4. Booth rental fees are as follows:

10' X 10' Non-Profit & Arts & Crafts space $50.00 - For Arts & Crafts space, all items much be handmade. No commercially produced items are allowed.

10' X 10' Commercial space $100.00

10 X 20 Commercial Space $200.00

This is an outside event, there is no guarantee for weather. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS!

5. Exhibitor will be responsible for all booth structures, set-up and furnishings.

6. Any information that is going to be passed out must be done within the confines of your booth space. ** NO PASSING OUT OF FLYERS, PROMOTIONAL ITEMS OR FOOD OUTSIDE OF YOUR RENTED AREA!!**

7. Placement of booths will be at the discretion of the Committee.

8. No recorded music will be allowed in booth areas.

9. No exclusive rights for the sale of any items will be guaranteed. We will do our best to prevent sale of like items.

10. Further instructions and a map for space location will be provided approximately 1 week prior to event.

11. No participant will be allowed to set up without a signed/dated application and liability release.

12. You will receive an email that will have a link to pay your rental fee. Payment must be received within 3 days of email, or your space will be forfeited. NO REFUNDS

13. The Committee reserves the right to determine whether goods are appropriate for the event.

14. Alcohol sales will require additional licensing from the City of Collinsville and the State of Oklahoma. You will be contacted about additional requirements.

15. Exhibitors are responsible for tearing down their booth and cleaning of space before leaving. No exhibits will be removed before designated event times outlined.

16. Oklahoma Tax Commission laws have changed, so we will need a copy of your sales tax number. If you do not have a number, you will be supplied with the appropriate paperwork to complete and return with your collected sales tax to the Hogs 'N' Hot Rods office before leaving the event at the end of the day. The office is located at 1126 W. Main Street.
