Our annual Trick-Or-Treat Downtown event is back, bringing families together for a day of costumes, candy, and community fun! One of the most exciting parts of this event is our costume contest, where winners receive brand-new bikes.

This campaign gives local businesses and community supporters the chance to directly sponsor the bike giveaway. In the past, sponsors have contributed $200 each to help us provide these prizes, giving kids a Halloween to remember. Your donation goes 100% toward purchasing bikes for contest winners—making a tangible impact on the children and families who attend.

All sponsorship commitments must be received by Monday, October 19th in order to be included in our event marketing materials. Sponsors will receive recognition through:

• Logo placement on the event banner
• Logo placement in the promotional video
• Social media spotlights
• Acknowledgment by the event MC
• Inclusion in the press release
