Leadership Lauderdale is a comprehensive program designed to cultivate and connect current and emerging leaders across Meridian and Lauderdale County. Through immersive sessions, participants will gain a deeper understanding of critical community issues, enhance their leadership competencies, and build a powerful network with local decision-makers. This program empowers individuals to drive positive change and contribute meaningfully to the continued growth and prosperity of our region. Deadline to apply is August 23, 2026.

• Cost: $750 for EMBDC Members / $850 for Non EMBDC Members
• No more than 30 adults per class (EMBDC members take priority)

All meetings will be from 8AM-4PM and lunch will be provided.
