First Friday Sponsorship Opportunities

First Friday began in February 2011 and has grown into a popular local event. Each month the Main Street staff works hard to offer a fun, often themed, event for the community to enjoy. In addition to bringing new excitement to the downtown district, merchants experience significant increases in sales and Milledgeville has grown its reputation as a must-visit destination. This great event relies on our amazing sponsors to pull it off. Sponsorship of First Friday will allow your business or you as an individual to be recognized as a supporter of Main Street and economic growth in Milledgeville.

As a First Friday sponsor, you will play a vital role in supporting the community while receiving valuable recognition and visibility in return. The monthly event brings people downtown, garnering more attention to the businesses that support and sponsor First Friday while providing a fun evening out for the community to enjoy. 2025 was an amazing year for First Friday, but we want to go bigger and better in 2026. Help us make that happen!

We would like to encourage your business to become a recognized sponsor. At each level of sponsorship businesses receive increased visibility and recognition. There are four levels of sponsorship. Levels are Champion ($1,500), Partner ($1,000), Supporter ($500), and Friend/Individual ($100). If you are interested in discussing a higher or lower level of sponsorship, please contact us to discuss. We will need to secure all sponsorships for 2026 by January 16, 2026, so we can begin to plan the amazing events for the year.

NOTE: First Friday events occur February, March, April, May, June, August, September, October (not including Deep Roots Festival), November, and December. All events are weather permitting and not rescheduled.
