Welcome to the official vendor registration for the 2026 Main to Main Trade Days! We’re excited to have you join this vibrant community event. To ensure a smooth and organized experience, there will be zones and provided tents.

There will be NO PARKING LOTS in the historic downtown area. There are designated areas that will be utilized. Fortunately, we saw over 17,000 tourists in town last year for this event. We expect there will be even more people in town this year that could be shopping your booths. You are encouraged to set up Friday-Sunday.

Please submit your payment according to the Zone that is most appropriate to you and your business and what you will be selling. Each Zone has descriptions in the link. This helps us manage logistics, space planning, and communications effectively. If it is a tented space, a white 10x10 space will be provided. If you need more than this allotted space, please purchase more spots.

All payments and submissions are final and non-refundable.

For zones where a tent will be provided, it will be set out and labeled with your name on Thursday, November 5^th.

Early set-up begins at 5 PM on Thursday, Nov 5th.

Some vendors choose to leave goods set up overnight. Event hosts are not responsible for your property and do not monitor consistently over the sales locations overnight. MPD will patrol as a courtesy overnight and throughout the event. You assume all liability for your booth, goods, and equipment. If the tent that is provided to you is damaged, you will be responsible for the full cost of the tent as these are considered property of the City of Minden. You are responsible for clean-up. Please place trash in marked dumpsters that will be centrally located within the district. Portable Restrooms will be located throughout the area. Designated Vendor Parking will be sent in confirmation email prior to the event.
