Register to Be a Vendor at the Biggest Celebration of the Summer in Downtown Minden, LA

On June 12-13, 2026, Minden will be celebrating America's 250th Celebration, Minden's 190th anniversary, Grilling on Main BBQ competition and the Greater Minden Chamber Duck Derby. The weekend will have a jammed packed schedule including a 5k run, children's patriotic parade and Live music. This event will be drawing families, food lovers, and visitors together for two full days of barbecue, live music, and local flavor. Vendors and food trucks are a key part of the experience, helping create a lively, walkable event atmosphere alongside the cookoff.

Location: Downtown Minden

Participating as a vendor or food truck puts your business in front of a large, engaged crowd while supporting a Main Street event that celebrates local businesses and community connection.

All shopping vendors must utilize the white tents provided by the City of Minden. They will be set up for you with business name listed on the tent. An email will be sent with exact location the week prior to event. Please be ready to open for business on Friday, June 12th by 5:30pm until 8pm and again on Saturday, June 13th from 8am until 8pm.

By participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Personal Property: The City of Minden is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items or goods left unattended or overnight.
• Personal Injury: Participants, vendors, and guests assume all risks associated with their participation. The City of Minden is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during the event.
• Property Damage: If a tent or any city-owned property is damaged due to negligence or misuse, the responsible party agrees to pay the full replacement cost of the damaged item(s).
