About the Campaign

🎉🍔 Apply to Be a Vendor at Half-Way Days 2026

Half-Way Days is Rawlins’ signature summer celebration, bringing the community together for a full weekend of events, entertainment, and downtown activity. Held July 10–12, 2026, this festival celebrates Rawlins’ unique location as the halfway point on the Continental Divide Trail between Mexico and Canada. From live music and outdoor experiences to the Car, Bike & Jeep Show, the event draws strong local and regional attendance.

Event Details:

Date: Friday, July 10 - Sunday, July 12, 2026

-Food Vendors: Friday 4pm-10pm, and/or Saturday 10am-4pm

-Downtown, Retail and Non-Profit Vendors: Saturday 10am-4pm

-Car, Bike, and Jeep Show: Saturday 10am-4pm

Location: Historic Downtown Rawlins, Wyoming

Lodging: Camping at Carbon County Fairgrounds (Free), Best Western Cotton Tree Inn (Vendor Rate $134.99)

This is for vendor applications, allowing Rawlins DDA to curate a high-quality, well-balanced vendor mix. By applying, vendors are helping create a vibrant, family-friendly downtown experience while gaining valuable exposure during one of the city’s busiest weekends.
