The City of Bastrop, Texas invites residents to recognize and celebrate the brave men and women who have served or are currently serving in the United States Armed Forces through the Honor Our Hometown Heroes Banner Program. Families, friends, and supporters can honor their favorite serviceman or servicewoman by sponsoring a commemorative banner featuring their photo, proudly displayed throughout the community during Veterans Day Weekend.
