About the Campaign
🌸 Celebrate spring in Fox Lake with pelicans, creativity, and local discovery.
Pelican Palooza is a two-week community celebration held April 1 – April 17, inspired by the annual migration of the American White Pelicans through Fox Lake. During this time, residents and visitors are invited to explore the community through a fun mix of activities including a local business scavenger hunt, crafts and a photo exhibit at the Fox Lake District Library, a community photo contest, and Pelican Painting sessions at Blazin' Ceramics..
Photo Contest Details
- Submission Dates: March 9th - April 3rd
- Public Voting: April 6th - April 15th
- Winners will receive an email directly and be announced via the Fox Lake Parks and Recreation Facebook page
- Cost: Free to participate
