About the Campaign
Celebrate America’s 250th birthday the Humphreys County way with two hometown events and one commemorative t-shirt honoring our nation’s semiquincentennial and the people, places, and history that helped shape our community.
This limited-edition fundraiser shirt ties together two back-to-back celebration weekends in Humphreys County, Tennessee. The Tennessee America 250 Fireworks Show on June 27, 2026 at the Humphreys County Fairgrounds and the Second Annual Old Fashioned Fourth of July Celebration in Downtown Waverly on July 4, 2026.
From fireworks over the fairgrounds to motorless parades, old-fashioned games, food vendors, patriotic traditions, and small-town Americana, these events celebrate both the founding of our country and the heritage of Humphreys County.
Proceeds from shirt sales help support community celebration efforts, event programming, and America 250 activities across Humphreys County.
Two weekends. Two celebrations. One community. One commemorative shirt.
