The Memory Lane Tree Campaign at Willow Park offers a heartfelt way to honor a loved one and contribute to your community’s natural beauty. By dedicating a tree, you create a living tribute that symbolizes growth, remembrance, and connection, complete with a personalized QR Plaque linking to your own Digital Story.

1. Submit Payment: On your identified Available tree, click ‘Participate Now' to check out and pay online. You will receive an email with a letter acknowledging your tax-deductible contribution. If you wish to pay by check, please drop off your check at city hall.
2. Customize your Plaque and Digital Story: After your contribution is processed, you will receive an email inviting you to join SeeMyLegacy so that you can input your custom plaque message to be printed and so that you can begin telling your Digital Story.
