Memory Lane Tree Program
Grafton, OH
About the Campaign
The Memory Lane Tree Campaign at Willow Park offers a heartfelt way to honor a loved one and contribute to your community’s natural beauty. By dedicating a tree, you create a living tribute that symbolizes growth, remembrance, and connection, complete with a personalized QR Plaque linking to your own Digital Story.
Why Participate?
- Celebrate Life and Legacy: Dedicate a tree that stands as a lasting symbol of your personal story or a loved one’s memory.
- Share Your Story: Each tree includes a QR Plaque that links to a Digital Story, allowing you to share photos, captions, and memories that can be cherished for generations.
- Enhance Community Green Spaces: Your contribution helps to beautify public areas, creating a greener, more welcoming environment for all.
