• Submit Your Payment: Fill out the sponsorship form, include your payment, and mail it to the address provided. 
• Provide Your Details: Submit your company or family name, logo, and any promotional materials by the deadline of Friday, May 16, 2025.

Our Guidelines 

• Event Promotion: All sponsors will be recognized according to their sponsorship level on the event website, concert banners, social media, and promotional materials.
• City Approval: The City of Birmingham reserves the right to review all promotional materials, logos, and company descriptions to ensure they align with the city's standards and event goals.
• Donor Recognition: All sponsors will receive a letter of appreciation from the City of Birmingham, and your business or family will be recognized on the digital Community Giving Profile for your support of the Summer Concert Series.
• Naming Rights & Sponsorship: Naming rights on any event feature are subject to approval by the City Commission.
• Tax Deductibility: Contributions may be tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for more information.
