Our Veterans Banners Campaign is a unique opportunity to celebrate the bravery and service of veterans in our community. Each sponsorship helps fund the creation and installation of a banner that prominently displays the hero’s image and story, ensuring their legacy is visible to all who pass by - these banners will be visible from Memorial Day until Labor Day. In addition to the banner, your sponsorship enables the creation of a Digital Story—a beautiful, interactive digital scrapbook filled with photos, captions, and links that tell the hero’s story in a meaningful way. By participating in this Campaign, you’ll help keep the stories of our local heroes alive, honoring their contributions and connecting our community with the history and sacrifices of those who have served.

How to Participate -

• Sponsor a Banner: Choose a veteran you wish to honor by sponsoring a banner in their name. Our map of available banners will help you select the perfect veteran in the Community.
• Submit Payment: After selecting your banner location, click ‘Adopt this Item’ to complete your purchase online. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a letter acknowledging your tax-deductible contribution. For check payments, please send your payment to our organization’s office.
• Digital Recognition: Once your sponsorship is confirmed, your donation will be recognized on the Item and through the Digital Story, you can share a little bit of information as to why you feel connected to this cause. This story will be accessible via a QR Plaque placed near the banner.

Our Guidelines -

• Installation: Upon receiving your payment, our organization will coordinate the purchase, creation, and installation of the banner at the chosen location. Installation will take place before Memorial Day and the banner will be hung until Labor Day. 
• Public Display: Please be aware that the banner will be displayed publicly, in a location that is accessible to all. Sponsorship does not convey ownership rights, and the banner will be maintained according to our organization’s policies.
• Maintenance: We will maintain the banner for the duration of its display, ensuring it remains in good condition. In the event of damage or wear, we may choose to repair or replace the banner as needed.
