The Fall Gala will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Museum of Art, Main Hall. Volunteers are essential for the success of this event, contributing in various roles. The Decoration Team will work from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM to set up and from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM to take down decorations, creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere. Guest Services volunteers will assist with check-in, provide information, and guide attendees from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.

A mandatory orientation session for all volunteers will be held on Friday, October 11, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Museum of Art. Volunteers are requested to wear business casual attire; name tags and necessary materials will be provided during orientation. Volunteers will receive a certificate of appreciation, refreshments during their shift, and an invitation to a special thank-you event following the gala.
